- Integrated and onboarded partners from ticket to production in an Agile/Kanban cycle.
- Maintained the PostgreSQL database: SQL queries and daily code reviews.
- Monitored production (Splunk, AWS Athena Logs) and resolved incidents in collaboration with Product and QA teams.
- Automated workflows using Python scripts, Google Apps Script (JavaScript), and AI tools (Amazon Q, Gemini): developed an automatic SQL rollback script.
- Developed a Rails application with a SQLite database and a Tailwind-based interface to automate recurring client outreach and collect Google reviews.
- Implemented scheduled email reminders using Cron and Action Mailer, and built a dashboard to track recent and upcoming reminders, review activity, and manage client records.
